  • Payments will be deducted based on your enrolled usage, fortnightly in advance via Debit Success.
  • Payments can be cancelled or altered providing you give two weeks written notice.
CLAIMING YOUR CHILD CARE SUBSIDY – ALL CUSTOMERS
  • The number of hours of Child Care Subsidy a family is entitled to per fortnight is determined by an activity test The more hours of activity parents do, the more subsidised care they can access, up to a maximum of 100 hours per fortnight for each child
  • The activity test ensures that subsidised child care is available to support families who rely on child care to work, train, study, volunteer or do other recognised activities. There are exemptions for individuals and their partners who cannot meet the activity test requirements.
